Need a cute last minuter decoration or Halloween favor?
To make these: orange crepe paper, florists tape.
- Cut a circle of paper 25cm in diameter. You can make a cardboard pattern and coppy, and cut several at a time.
- Place candy or prizes in the center.
- Lift the edges to form a pocket
- Twist careful and try not to tear the paper to form the stub.
- Wrap the tape around the stub to close
